SHIPPING:

We do not have a storefront or warehouse for local pickup to keep the cost as low as possible for our customers, however we offer free pickup at Central ljubljana market, as agreed upon beforehand. We also offer worldwide shipping calculated by weight at checkout.

RETURN POLICY:

We do not offer exchanges but we do accept returns within 14 days from delivery for any unused GREGATEX products in their original packaging. Partial bulk order returns will be subjected to regular pricing and deducted from your refund. Return service and labels will be provided for a charge and deducted from your total refund. To request a refund, please email us with your order number, product description, and quantity to be returned. You will receive an email confirmation and instructions. Upon receipt of the item, you will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us and give us the opportunity to correct our error.

For all cotton (also jeans) fabric products:

• Wash with similar colors on 30C/86F (cold cycle). Can go up to 60C/140F
• Tumble dry low.
• Can be ironed.

For all METALLIC cotton fabric products:

• Wash with similar colors on max. 30C/86F (cold cycle).
• Tumble dry low.
• Can't be ironed directly. put a layer of fabric over the matieral and iron over it.

For all Cork products:

• Can be cold washed by hand
• do not iron
• do not put in a washing machine
